EPS Nomination

EPS Nomination

The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS service that allows your Doctor’s Surgery to send your prescription(s) directly to your nominated pharmacy electronically. This means that you no longer need to visit your doctor’s surgery to pick up your prescription(s) and drop it off at the pharmacy.

How it works

  1. Order your repeat prescription as normal.
  2. Your doctor’s surgery will send your prescription to your nominated pharmacy.
  3. Please collect from the pharmacy- 3 to 4 working days after ordering your prescription.

* please note that when nominating our pharmacy you agree that on occasion when ordering dressings and appliances we may use the appliance contractor NWOS to dispense these particular items on our behalf. The delivery will still come from us. Patient confidentiality remains secure.
